Bahamas Boating Regulation Update – Effective July 1, 2025

We wanted to share an important update from the Bahamian government regarding new maritime regulations that will take effect on July 1, 2025. These changes will impact boating fees, AIS requirements, cruising and anchorage fees, and Foreign Charter (FDCC) permits.
