PROBABILITY – BUILT WHERE THE OCEAN SET THE STANDARD

PROBABILITY – BUILT WHERE THE OCEAN SET THE STANDARD

Probability was born in the Pacific Northwest—a region whose shipbuilding heritage was forged servicing the North Pacific, Gulf of Alaska, and Bering Sea.

These are waters rarely blessed with Florida’s familiar forecast of “2 feet or less.” They’re waters where conditions can deteriorate rapidly and seas can become enormous.

That environment shaped an entirely different philosophy of yacht building.

The great Pacific Northwest yards didn’t begin by asking, “How can we build this for less?”

They asked, “How do we build it to bring people home?”

Cost-cutting wasn’t the driving philosophy. Structural integrity, seakeeping, redundancy, durability, and offshore capability were.

When naval architects and shipyards accustomed to building serious commercial vessels turned their attention to luxury yachts, they didn’t suddenly forget everything the North Pacific had taught them.

They simply added luxury to the equation.

Look closely at Probability and that heritage is everywhere: her substantial bow, protected forward sections, conservative glazing, purposeful hull form, high freeboard, and the unmistakable feeling that there is considerably more yacht beneath you than appearances alone suggest.

The Pacific Northwest taught generations of builders a simple lesson:

You can cut through the sea.

You don’t cut corners building the vessel that has to do it.

This is why Probability matters.
