Four generations of accomplished captains and fishermen instilled a deep love for the water in Captain Robert Sybrant. Leveraging his experience as a surfer, fisherman, and marine service company owner, Captain Sybrant brings a wealth of knowledge to yacht sales. His 200 Ton Masters License and over two decades navigating diverse vessels ensure he can guide clients towards the pleasures of yacht ownership with expertise. A devoted family man, Captain Sybrant shares his passion for the water with his wife, fostering the next generation of marine enthusiasts.
Starting at 15 on sportfishing charters in Florida, Josh’s passion for boats and fishing blossomed early. Balancing studies with his nautical dreams, he earned a bachelor’s degree while obtaining his Captain’s License at 18. Committed to learning, Josh continued as a mate, gaining knowledge from professionals on various vessels and honing his sportfishing skills. His dedication was rewarded with a captaincy position on a private sportfishing yacht. Upgrading his license, Josh secured a captain’s role on a larger yacht, accumulating over a decade of experience captaining motor yachts exceeding 130 feet worldwide. Drawn back to Florida, he now captains a home-based sportfishing yacht. Jon Market Jon initiated his career in the marine industry in the late 1990s, based in Minnesota. At that time, professional boat exterior maintenance was a novel concept. Recognizing a market opportunity, Jon successfully owned and operated a boat detailing and management business for over two decades in both Minnesota and Florida. During his tenure in Fort Myers, Florida, Jon obtained a 100-ton USCG Captain’s License. Initially focusing on operating clients’ vessels, he subsequently transitioned into the role of captain for an 80-foot Lazzara motor yacht. This position provided extensive experience navigating Florida and Bahama waters, including over thirty vessel deliveries between Minnesota and Florida. In 2009, Jon expanded his career into yacht brokerage, initially concentrating on the Midwest market. Subsequently, he obtained a Florida real estate license to broaden his client base. Today, Jon effectively divides his time between Minnesota and Florida, leveraging the strengths of both regions.
Cory Gallus A lifelong boater with deep roots in Minnesota, Cory’s passion for the water began on the state’s lakes and rivers, including the Mississippi and Saint Croix. His mechanical aptitude, honed through an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Service from Dunwoody College of Technology and a 26-year tenure as an Audi Master Guild technician, translates seamlessly to the marine industry. Cory’s 100-Ton Master Captain’s License and extensive experience in delivering yachts from Florida to the Exumas underscore his maritime expertise. His meticulous attention to detail, honed through years of detailing services, ensures a keen eye for quality vessels. As a Florida-licensed broker, Cory combines his technical proficiency with a dedication to customer satisfaction. He excels at matching clients with suitable yachts and guiding them through smooth transactions. Cory’s in-depth understanding of boat mechanics, sets him apart as a knowledgeable and reliable yacht broker.
With a lifelong passion for the sea, Mike has been navigating the waters since 1973, beginning his career aboard fishing boats in Southern California. At just 19 years old, he earned his USCG 100-ton license in 1982, and over the decades, he has continuously advanced his qualifications. Today, Mike holds both a USCG 3000-ton Master Oceans license (for the past 25 years) and an MCA 3000-ton Master license, reflecting his extensive maritime expertise.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mike has had the privilege of operating and contributing to the construction and refit of numerous vessels, ranging from commercial ships to luxury yachts as large as 275 feet. His operational experience spans the globe, with routes that have taken him from Australia to Patagonia, Alaska, the Caribbean, and even the Arctic Sea.
Mike’s extensive shipbuilding background includes a decade with Westport Shipyard, where he served as a customer service representative, overseeing the completion of over 40 yachts up to 164 feet. His deep understanding of yacht refits, regulatory compliance, and operational standards ensures that every detail is handled with precision and care.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Mason Waters has been passionate about boating since the age of five. His love for the ocean was ignited during his first trip to the Florida Keys in 1998, sparking a lifelong obsession with the water and everything it represents.
Mason earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida and initially planned to pursue a career in law enforcement, with plans to begin the police academy in September 2019. However, he couldn’t shake the idea of a career in the yachting industry. With determination, Mason decided to take a leap of faith, notifying his academy recruiter of his change in plans and setting off for Ft. Lauderdale during the 2019 boat show.
Starting at the ground level, Mason began washing boats to make a name for himself. His hard work paid off when, after six months, he landed his first position aboard a 112’ motor yacht. Over the next three years, he honed his skills, earned his captain’s license, and gained invaluable experience aboard 112’, 121’, and 125’ motor yachts.
While Mason cherished his time on the water, he knew his ultimate goal was to become a yacht broker—a career that combines his passion for boating with the opportunity to help others experience the freedom and joy of life on the water. Vincent Rossignol brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the yachting industry, honed over a diverse and accomplished career. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Vincent served for 8½ years, beginning with NORAD during his first tour of duty. He later transitioned to become a Boat Captain with the USAF Water Survival School during his second tour, where he developed exceptional maritime skills and leadership capabilities.
Following his distinguished military service, Vincent embarked on a career as a professional captain, working aboard some of the world’s most prestigious yachts and sportfishing vessels. His hands-on experience navigating and managing high-end vessels gives him unique insights into the yachting world.

Paul Creelman is a recently retired law enforcement professional with over 35 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Broward and Palm Beach Counties and the state of Florida. During the final decade of his career, Paul served as a highly decorated homicide detective, earning numerous commendations, including lifesaving medals, combat decorations, and excellence in investigations awards, for his unwavering commitment to the communities he served.
In 2007, while still in law enforcement and planning for the future, Paul founded a business specializing in the management of luxury motor yachts. With a US Merchant Mariner Credential and nearly two decades of hands-on experience, he has developed extensive expertise in motor yachts and their systems.
